Job Title : Sales Representative - Lift and Escalator

Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Type : Full-Time

Requirements :

• Nationality/Residency : Open to all candidates with valid UAE residency.
• Market Experience : Must have direct 2 years experience in the Dubai market in the lift and escalator industry.
• Education : Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• License : Valid UAE driver's license preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with contractors, building managers, and developers.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns; prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations, and collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven work experience as a sales representative in the lift and escalator industry.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Experience:

• LIFT and Escalator Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
