We specialize in delivering innovative software solutions to our clients, and we are expanding our customer base and market presence. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional sales and business development skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software industry.
• Demonstrated track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Must be in UAE
