• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and optimise service webpages, thought leadership content, and CRM tools
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns end-to-end, including the design, processes, performance tracking, QA and ROI reporting
• Assist in driving brand profitability, tracking and ensuring brand performance and returns
• Evaluates and analyses campaign results and presents recommendations for changes in brand strategies
• Identify key focus groups for public relations cultivation
• Ensure brand compliance in all communication materials
• Coordinate with IT, product, operations teams, graphic designer and other internal and external stakeholders in the execution of CRM strategies to achieve defined business outcomes and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of branding and CRM experience in Marketing in the F&B / luxury industry.
