We are currently hiring for a full-time Client Service Manager position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Job Summary
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our companys products or services. They will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and work to identify and address any issues or concerns the clients may have.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients and act as a point of contact for their needs and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their satisfaction with our products or services and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products or services to clients.
- Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to clients.
Qualifications
Requirements for the position include:
- Finished Diploma, Bachelor, or Associates Degree is an asset but not required.
- Must have a class 5 or 7 license.
- Minimum of 1 year commitment is required.
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills are necessary.
- Relative experience in a sales position or account manager role is beneficial.
- Law enforcement experience is considered an asset.
- High level of confidence to speak on the phone and during meetings.
Benefits
- Salary: Probation Year- $50,000.00, Year 2- $56,243.20, Year 3 - $62,732.80, Year 4- $69,222.40.
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.
- Part-time hours: 40 per week.
- Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year.
