Job Description - UX UI Lead

Develop and maintain a strong rapport with senior stakeholders, effectively presenting design concepts and ideas.
Lead and manage a team of designers and content writers, both remote and onsite, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
Foster a design thinking mentality within the team, encouraging innovative and user-centric solutions.
Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital applications.
Oversee the design process from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategies with business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design.
