Develop schemes of work lesson plans and tests byestablished procedures. Instruct and monitor students in the use oflearning materials and equipment. Use relevant technology tosupport and differentiate instruction. Manage student behavior inthe classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.Maintain discipline by the rules and disciplinary systems of theschool. Provide appropriate feedback on work. Encourage and monitorthe progress of individual students and use the information toadjust teaching strategies. Maintain accurate and complete recordsof students progress and development. Update all necessary recordsaccurately and completely as required by school regulations.Prepare required reports on students and activities. Participate indepartment school district and parent meetings. Communicatenecessary information regularly to students colleagues and parentsregarding student progress and needs.
