Cleaner - Hiring Immediately

KeyResponsibilities:

• GeneralCleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks includingsweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and polishing of floors andfurniture.
  
• Sanitization:Clean and disinfect restrooms kitchens and common areas to ensurehigh standards ofhygiene.
  
• TrashManagement: Collect and dispose of trash recyclables andwaste materialsproperly.
  
• SurfaceCleaning: Wipe down surfaces including desks tables andcountertops to remove dust anddirt.
  
• WindowCleaning: Clean windows glass partitions andmirrors.
  
• StockMaintenance: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies andreport when new supplies areneeded.
  
• EquipmentCare: Maintain and store cleaning equipment properlyensuring they are in good workingcondition.
  
• IncidentReporting: Report any maintenance issues hazards ornecessary repairs to thesupervisor.
  
• Compliance:Follow all health and safety regulations andprocedures.
  
• SpecialCleaning Projects: Assist with deep cleaning tasks andspecial projects asneeded.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required. Trainingwill beprovided.
  
• Skills:
  • Attentionto detail and thoroughness in completingtasks.
    
  • Ability to followinstructions and workindependently.
    
  • Good physical staminaand the ability to perform repetitivetasks.
    
• PhysicalRequirements:
  • Ability to lift carryand move heavy items (up to 25lbs).
    
  • Ability to stand walk and bendfor extendedperiods.
