Delivery Manager

Harrington Starr are excited to partner with a leading global financial services risk management consultancy who have an urgent need to hire an experienced, talented client-facing Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Renowned for their innovative, tailor-made approach to software solutions, they have built an enviable reputation in the industry since their formation over 20 years ago.

Key Responsibilities;

Overseeing project delivery lifecycle end to end in line with client needs.
Liaising effectively with key stakeholders (internal and external).
Using various ‘Agile’ methodologies to deliver project accordingly.
Reporting / resolving client issues promptly.
Quality oversight – implementing processes and controls to ensure high standards from initial requirements to final delivery.
Strategizing, monitoring, and mitigating risks using Agile methodologies etc. This involves overseeing financial aspects to ensure fixed-price delivery.”
Experience / Skills Required;

Minimum 5 years project management experience delivering software successfully from a financial services background.
Strong experience using Agile methodologies ie. Scrum / Kanban etc.
Excellent communicator / stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem solving ability / adept at managing client expectations efficiently.
Capital Markets experience – preferable.
Experience managing various team sizes from small to large i.e. 12 people plus.
