Must Haves:

• 3-4+ years of HR Compliance experience
• DOT Compliance experience
• Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance/regulations
• Auditing Files (Ex: Reviewing Delivery Driver qualification files)
• Very familiar with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and DOT requirements
• Any previous experience with company & fleet of drivers
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong Data Analytic experience - MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
