MISSIONAND RESPONSABILITIES

As CollectionsOfficer/Manager in the Dubai Regional office you are responsiblefor accelerating AR collection and minimizing bad debt whilemaintaining positive customerrelationships.

Yourmain missions are:

You set and monitorcollection objectives for the Groups agencies/subsidiaries withinyour RO.

You control the quality ofreporting concerning the Collection performance of your RO. You arein charge of ensuring Portfolio s DSO and overdue ratio remainwithin approved RO Targets.

You liaisewith Credit Managers Commercial teams and Customer care teams inyour RO on collection matters and identify / anticipate potentialrisks of credit losses and ensure that corrective actions areimplemented.

You ensure smoothcommunication and information sharing with other relevantdepartments (invoicing disputes etc.) with constant objective toaccelerate Collection.

In coordinationwith Financial Control as well as D&D Departments youensure aging balances tidiness by following up on writeoff andD&D discounts processes.

Youare also in charge of the follow up on D&D collectionapproval of the D&D proposed Benchmark and clusterperformances and within authority Matrix D&D waivers. Yousupervise the D&D filling within LARA CompanyWebsite.

You ensure suspension rulesare enforced.

You review approve orrecommend credit terms according to group s Approval Matrixtogether with the RO CFO.

You mayvisit key and/or problematic accounts along with the commercialteam. You attend calls with customers as often as needed to solveissues.

SKILLSAND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 yearswork experience in collection agency finance or control functionwith a good knowledge of thebusiness.

Teamplayer

Ability to partner withagencies GM and CFOs to set collection objectives andlimits

Extensive knowledge of allaspects of Collections analytics andoperations

Demonstrate capability tofollow legal action with inhouse and external legalcounsels

Autonomous and able to workwith overseas stakeholder

Proactiveand comfortable making decisions under highpressure

Leadership & Strongcommunication skills.
