We are seeking a dynamicand experienced Middle East Field Marketing Manager to join ourgrowing team. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of experiencein field marketing with a strong emphasis on channel marketing.This role will be instrumental in driving demand generationincreasing brand awareness and supporting our channel partners inthe Middle East region.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Developand execute comprehensive field marketing plans tailored to theMiddle East market to drive demand generation and leadacquisition.
Align marketing strategies with regional sales goals to ensurecohesive and effectiveexecution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners tosupport their marketing efforts and drive joint marketinginitiatives.
Develop and manage channel marketing programs including comarketingcampaigns webinars and events to increase deal registrations andsalesopportunities.
Coordinate with the global marketing team to plan and executeintegrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels includingdigital events email and social media to generate leads and nurtureprospects.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketingactivities and achieve lead generationtargets.
Enhance Seclores brand presence in the Middle East by promoting keymessages case studies and thought leadershipcontent.
Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure brandconsistency and leverage global campaigns for regionalimpact.
Plan organize and execute regional events including trade showsconferences webinars and partner events to engage prospects andcustomers.
Ensure successful event execution and followup activities tomaximize leadconversion.
Develop and deliver training and marketing materials to equipchannel partners with the tools they need to market and sellSeclores solutionseffectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure partners are aligned withsales objectives and marketinginitiatives.
Conduct market research to understand regional trends customerneeds and competitivelandscape.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field; MBA is aplus.
58 years of experience in field marketing with a strong focus onchannelmarketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successfulmarketing campaigns andprograms.
Proficient in English and Arabic with a strong understanding of theMiddle Eastmarket.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto build and maintain relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.
