The Role
Prospecting and LeadGeneration: Identify and pursue new businessopportunities within the construction and interior design sectors.Generate leads through market research networking and industryevents. Relationship Management with Customer: Cultivate andmaintain strong relationships with contractors builders developersand consultants. Understand clients needs and offer customizedsolutions using company products. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate acomprehensive understanding of the current product. Effectivelycommunicate the features advantages and quality of companysproduct. Sales Targets: Develop and implement effective salesstrategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor and analyzesales performance adapting strategies as needed for continuousimprovement. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trendscompetitor products and market demands. Provide valuable insightsto the management team based on market research findings. CustomerSupport: Provide exceptional customer support by promptlyaddressing inquiries concerns and providing product information.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionthroughout the sales process

Requirements

• Proven experience in buildingmaterials sales & interior design sales. Minimum 3 years ofexperience required. Excellent communication and negotiationskills. Strong customer relationship management abilities.Knowledge of Building & Construction material is a must.Ability to work independently and in a team. Flexibility foroccasional travel. Must have a UAE drivinglicense
