Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the groups overall objectives. Drive HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions across the group. Implement talent management strategies to attract retain and develop top talent.3. Performance Management: Develop and oversee the performance management process including goal setting performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.4.
