Role & responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various levels and functions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on effective hiring practices. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations to enhance our talent pipeline. Implement and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to foster a positive work environment and reduce turnover. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and talent acquisition roles with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR technology platforms. Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience as HR and Talent Acquisition Manager. Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team. Working knowledge of all UAE Labor laws. Ability to Commute: Dubai (Required) Ability to Relocate: Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Required).
