Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 03/26/2024 We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager specializing in Compensations and Benefits to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. You will work closely with the HR team and senior management to ensure that our compensation and benefits strategies align with our overall business objectives and support our efforts in fostering a positive work environment. Compensation & Benefits Management: Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. ·Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the company's compensation and benefits remain competitive in the industry. Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed decisions on salary adjustments, bonuses, and other incentives. Manage the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, and other perks. Employee Welfare: Develop and implement employee welfare programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being. Coordinate wellness initiatives, employee assistance programs, and other activities promoting work-life balance. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns related to work environment, facilities, and employee morale. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to organize events, celebrations, and other activities fostering a positive workplace culture. Disciplinary Procedures: Develop and enforce disciplinary policies and procedures in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Investigate employee misconduct allegations and complaints, ensuring fair and impartial handling of disciplinary cases. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
