• Manage recruitment and selectionprocess from candidate sourcing to onboarding
• Develop employment contracts percompany guideline
• Manage recruitment agenciesand the negotiation of new contracts
• Maintain aCV database for suitable candidates
• EnsurePerformance management is implemented, follow up with managerwhenever necessary and develop reports to management andadministrative the PM system
• Plan and delivertraining as required
• Update and administratethe training matrix and plan
• Develop andmaintain HR tracking record andKPI’s
• Handle the termination process.Conduct exit interview, ensure clearance forms are correctly filledand generate reports.
• Track the availability ofjob description and develop new job descriptions whenevernecessary
• Assist in the reviewing andenhancement of Company and HR policies and Procedures in line withlegislative developments
• Liaise with payroll,IT and SAP for the correct enrollment of new employees and anyamendment to current employees
• Ensure that thePAR forms is correctly filled and shred with designatedpositions
• Deal with grievances and assist inimplementing disciplinary actions whenevernecessary
• Ensure policies, processes, Code ofBusiness Conduct and values are communicated andimplemented
• Develop employee letters as percompany standards.
• Maintain employee HR recordsfor all employees across the region
• Ensurelegal compliance with local regulations
• Complywith all company’s HR, Quality, HSE and all the companypolicies, procedures, processes, work instructions andguidelines
• Perform all other duties as assignedby Supervisor/Manager
