Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer science engineering
Minimum 15+years’ experience with proven track record of delivering profitable growth and developing and executing sales and marketing strategy across a diverse region.
Experience in using sales tools like Salesforce and external market data to drive performance, orchestrating global, regional, and local teams to achieve optimal results.
Proven track record of attracting and developing talent, empowering, and driving accountability (people leader).
Experience working in diverse cultural environments and leading teams with cultural differences.
Experience in the energy sector is essential and in selling automation systems will be strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
