Roles & Responsibilities1 Assessing the tender and job in hand Inquiries for Lighting2 Evaluating the tender documents BOQ drawings and Specifications for Lighting3 Sending emails to the respective manufacturers and following up with them in order to get the prices4 Provide technical submittal and commercial offers as per the project requirements5 Support the sales team with necessary technical issues6 Following up as necessary to secure orders by providing all techno commercial services and support7 Making the Purchase order to manufacturers and following up with them for the material delivery on the agreed delivery schedule8 Preparing the delivery note and scheduling the material delivery to the site
