Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities- Preparescost estimates by visiting the customer and studying all relatedcustomer requirements, consulting with engineers, architects, andother professional personnel.- Serves customers by identifyingtheir needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, andservices.- Identifies current and future customer servicerequirements by establishing personal rapport with potential andactual customers and others in a position to understand servicerequirements.- Provides product, service, or equipment technicaland engineering information by answering questions and requests.-Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifyingpotential customers and planning and organizing sales callschedule.
