Oversee the end-to-end project management process, from inception to completion. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively managing project risks and issues. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring the delivery of best-fit solutions. Proactively address client concerns and strive for excellence in service delivery. Continuously review and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for automation, and implementing best-fit solutions to streamline workflows. Implement rigorous quality assurance practices to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, while conducting regular audits and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence. Efficiently allocate resources across various projects, balancing workload and optimizing team performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing levels and technical expertise. Build effective cross-functional collaboration among various teams, such as sales, engineering, and operations. Lead and manage the service delivery team, inculcating a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and facilitate skill development to enhance the team's capabilities. Maintain clear communication channels to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and deliverables. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital transformation, cloud, and cyber security. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. With 11+ years of experience in IT service delivery or project management roles. Previous experience in managing teams and leading complex projects in the digital transformation, cloud, or cyber security domains. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and anticipating their needs. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
