Summary The purpose of this position at Shirlyn International Production is to help plan, execute, and track local marketing campaigns in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders. The key objectives include amplifying brand visibility and generating leads through local events, sponsorships, and partnerships. The role also involves identifying user and competitive insights to inform decision-making and developing innovative and creative campaigns. Additionally, the position entails finding suitable corporations and partnerships for the target audience, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing progress updates to internal teams. The responsibilities further include managing pre-production, production, post-production, and localization stages for various marketing channels such as TV commercials (TVC), out-of-home (OOH), social media (SoMe), and digital media. Finally, the position requires preparing and creating reports on marketing performance. Experience: Must have experience in a Digital Marketing role and a passion for eCommerce and leveraging new technology. Possesses strategic vision and demonstrates sound business judgment. Strong results orientation, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively present and negotiate ideas. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Comfortable with multitasking and adapting to ambiguity and change. Good team player, collaborating effectively with others. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
