Job Description:

As a Marketing Officer you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, enhancing our visibility, and attracting prospective students and families. You will work closely with the administration, admissions, and communications teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that reflect our values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote the school’s programs, events, and achievements through various channels including digital, print, and social media.
• Content Creation & Lead Generation Campaigns: Produce engaging content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials to effectively communicate our mission and values in order to create Leads which will eventually turn as admissions.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating, curating, and scheduling content, and engaging with our community.
• SEO Management – Search Engine Optimization management to grow the search engine presence, business, and most importantly more admission enquiries and Leads.
• Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote school events, open houses, and other activities to increase community engagement and student enrollment.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies to inform marketing decisions.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication platforms and materials.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to support enrollment goals and enhance the prospective student experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and in English preferred).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing.
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with different graphic design software is a plus.
