Job description

Kids First Group (KFG) is the leading group in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha for providing premium early years education and childcare. Founded in 2011, we have 30 nursery schools. We stand unique from other group nurseries, as each of our Kids First Group nurseries specializes in and is passionate about their own exclusive curriculum and pedagogical approach: spanning a choice from the Early Years Foundation Stage (British EYFS), Montessori Method, and Reggio Emilia Approach, to name a few.

Kids First Group is currently seeking for an outstanding Marketing Coordinator, to join our growing family for an immediate start.

Location: Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE with occasional commutes to Dubai. Work will be carried out in various nurseries on a rotational basis.

Job Description: We are seeking an energetic Marketing Coordinator to work closely with both our nursery and commercial teams in Abu Dhabi, representing our marketing headquarters in Dubai. This role is essential for someone who can navigate complex marketing landscapes with ease, displaying creativity, robust account management skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. The coordinator will manage multiple brands and accounts, ensuring each campaign and initiative aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary link between the Abu Dhabi teams and the Dubai headquarters, ensuring all marketing communications and initiatives are well-coordinated and executed.
• Regularly develop and distribute marketing materials to various teams, ensuring consistency with our brand's vision and strategic objectives.
• Lead and execute specific marketing campaigns, overseeing all aspects from development to implementation, and evaluate their success to ensure continuous improvement.
• Take a prominent role in on-ground marketing activities and events, driving their planning and execution to enhance brand engagement and visibility across our locations.
• Work from different nurseries on a rotational basis to ensure a deep understanding of local needs and to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Manage and nurture multiple brand accounts, providing creative input and strategic direction to maintain competitiveness in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in marketing, particularly within account management and event coordination.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Previous experience in the education sector is highly desirable, providing a strong understanding of our core audience and market needs.
