We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our sales and marketing team for our prestigious institute. The candidate should have a CAN DO Attitude with positive energy, and be enthusiastic, and passionate about the job role. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with prospective students, and effectively promoting our programs and offerings. The ideal candidate has to exceed enrollment targets, increase revenue, and contribute to the continued success and reputation of our institute. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive enrollment growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, and other relevant stakeholders. Conduct informative and engaging presentations and consultations to highlight the benefits of our programs and address inquiries. Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing personalized support and guidance as needed. Collaborate closely with marketing and admissions teams to develop effective lead generation strategies and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in education or related industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
