JobSummary
Thejob holder is responsible for aligning the brands strategicdirection along with development of long terms and short termmarketing plans and execution for designated geography. Alsoresponsible for market share brand equity agency management andfinancial performance ofbrand.
Roles &Responsibilities
- Understandreflect & practice IFFCOs vision & values fordeveloping and delivering Annual Marketing/ Category/ ProductGroup/ Brand Plan in respect of Volumes Market Share and Margins inDomestic markets; as consistent with the annual businessplan.
- For generating long term customer /consumer demand and salience for categories group of products /brands and to this end develop a MarketingStrategy.
- For generating Marketing campaignsand determining appropriate Mediamix viz: TV Print hoarding radiopoint of sales and internet etc.
- For developingmarketing budgets in terms of ATL/ BTL its prudent deployment andensure budgeted category/product group / brandmargins.
- For determining marketing / consumerresearch objectives with regard to existing and new productsinitiating market research and integrating research findings toproduct plans.
- To work with R&D forformulating new products agenda and recipe costmanagement.
- To Launch New Products / New Packs/ Packaging asplanned.

Qualification
Must have a Degree and Maters in Marketing ispreferable.
