Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in advertising and digital marketing, who can also effectively lead a team, to join our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive successful marketing campaigns across various channels, servicing both the local market in the UAE and international markets. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement in both local and international markets. Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives and the achievement of team goals. Advertising Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including print, television, radio, and digital channels such as social media, search engines, and display networks. Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to reach target audiences effectively in both local and international markets. This includes managing website content, email marketing campaigns, social media accounts, and online advertising efforts. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth in both local and international markets. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials for both local and international audiences. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to uphold brand identity and values globally. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing plans, goals, and results effectively to stakeholders across different regions. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives in both local and international markets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on advertising and digital marketing, including team management experience. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques for both local and international markets. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and regions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
