Overviewof the Role:

Are you a drivenindividual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction Wereseeking a Spare Parts Sales Representative who will be responsiblefor driving incremental sales with existing customers while alsodeveloping new business opportunities within the assigned area.Your role will involve building strong relationships offeringvalueadded solutions and leveraging technical knowledge to meetsalestargets.


WhatYou Will Do:

  • Achieve partssales and profitability targets by selling aftermarket products andservices to customers.
  • Handle customerinquiries and communications ensuring excellent customer experienceand resolving complaints promptly.
  • Updatecustomer databases and identify new business opportunities in themarket.
  • Analyze and manage parts businesspotential and penetration for assignedcustomers.
  • Gather and report marketintelligence in the aftermarket sector.
  • Ensuremonthly overdue payments from customers are within agreedtargets.
  • Gather customer feedback on dealer andtruck performance.

Required Skills to BeSuccessful:

  • Demonstratedcustomer service skills and the ability to develop strong businessrelationships.
  • Strong sales skills includingthe ability to sell opportunities ideas and concepts with excellentnegotiation and closing skills.
  • Commercialattitude and understanding of businessdynamics.
  • Ability to professionally engage withcustomers at various levels from middle management to seniorexecutives.
  • Proficient in selfplanning and timemanagement.
  • Presentable and capable ofeffectively promoting the company.
  • Strongcomputer skills including proficiency in MicrosoftOffice.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency inArabic is advantageous.
