We excel in guiding clients to their dream homes, luxury apartments, and lucrative investment opportunities.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the senior marketing professionals to execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow their career in digital marketing.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.Execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta business suite, Tiktok, Linkedin, and other relevant channels.Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize conversion rates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.Min. 1 year experience in digital marketing is required.Understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
