TheRole

Being the Digital Marketingcustodian at Savills Middle East you will play a pivotal rolespearheading and owning the best practices for channels creativeoutput and overall digital marketing strategies. Your primary focuswill be implementing analysing and optimising Savills Residentialperformance marketing across multiple channels utilising Google andsocial media advertising tools including but not limited to paidsearch display and paid social campaigns.

Youwill also be the advisor on latest advertising trends andtechnologies and will be able to manage multichannels/networksbudgets to meet MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) targets as well asdifferent KPIs on digital plans to optimise Savills Residentialdigital agenda.

The role will work incollaboration with a group of key stakeholders such as generalmarketing graphic design CRM call centre social media &content as well as sales/leasing agents. It will also extend tosupporting digital marketing strategies for exclusive clients whenneeded.

You are genuinely interested in performancemarketing and putting out successful campaigns and use variousnetworks and platforms to bring interesting ideas to the table tomake deliverables more engaging and ROI isprominent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developand execute innovative digital marketing strategies owning channelbest practices for creative outputs to amplify brand presence anddrive tangible ROI
  • Identify growthopportunities testing hypotheses to improve performance and paidchannels traffic as well as improve the Savills Residential brandimage
  • Deliver customerfocused campaigns toagreed MQL targets
  • Address and escalatingcampaign performance issues
  • Continuouslyidentify growth opportunities conduct tests and leverage datadriveninsights to enhance campaign performance focusing on paid searchdisplay and social campaigns
  • Build and fostergood relationships and work closely with key stakeholders includinggeneral marketing graphic design CRM call centre social media& content as well as sales/leasing agents to align digitaltargets and ensure cohesive brandmessaging
  • Influence artwork and copy to supportdigital strategy & optimiseperformance
  • Manage multichannel budgetseffectively meeting MQL targets and other KPIs while optimising thedigital agenda for Savills Residential.
  • Analyseand report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns providinginsights to refine strategies and maximize ROI while ensuringalignment with setKPIs.


Skills Knowledge andExperience

  • Proven trackrecord in developing datadriven campaigns that yield measurable ROIand contribute to longterm brandrecognition
  • Extensive experience inestablishing implementing and measuring the effectiveness ofdigital paid advertising initiatives across various platformsincluding YouTube Video Ads and paid social mediachannels
  • Proficiency in analysing paidmarketing KPIs by channel/campaign and dynamically reallocatingbudgets to optimise ROI. Comfortable using BI tools like Tableau orPower BI
  • Strong communication skills andability to collaborate with diverse teams to align on digitalmarketing performance and ROI
  • 5 years in theperformance marketing field with a proven track record of drivingsuccessful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strongtechnical understanding of digital marketing tools andplatforms
  • Positive energetic highly organisedand structured approach to dailyworkload
