1- Pharmacist Job: Full Time Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Description: Provides general healthcare advice and dispenses prescription and non-prescription medication along with non-pharma products to customers. Supervises the retail store team and operations in order to ensure key sales targets, customer satisfaction levels along with operational readiness levels are continuously met. Job Responsibilities: Processprescriptionsand dispensemedicationby reviewing and interpreting physician orders,providing consultationon dosage, storage, side effects and drug interaction in order to ensurecustomers are appropriately informed and educated Educate customers on proper handling of medicalequipment(e.g.glucose meters) designed for home use by providing information and additional sources of reference (e.g.user manual) to ensure safe and appropriate use ofequipment Superviseand provide development opportunities forretail store staffthrough performance management activities (tracking and monitoring productivity and Individual KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) etc.),corrective actions(when required), regular development conversations, access to formal (e.g.training) and informal (e.g.coaching) development options in order to ensure and maximize performance Monitorkey sales performance targets and customer satisfaction levels at a store level through direct observation, regular reporting in order to ensure sales and customerssatisfaction level are achieved Job Requirements: Education : BSc in Pharmacy Experience:1 – 3 Years of Experience Computer Skills: MS Office Suite Languages: English & Arabic #J-18808-Ljbffr
