Pr Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Aflac is seeking a dedicated and resourceful PR Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Public Relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reputation - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers - Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials - Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on PR metrics - Assist in organizing and managing PR events and press conferences - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure PR initiatives align with overall business goals - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in PR

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in PR, preferably in a corporate or agency setting - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations with grace - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software - Knowledge of social media platforms and their role in PR campaigns
