Position: QHSE Lead We’re looking for a QHSE Lead who will be responsible for leading and implementing Aggreko Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, Procedures, Management System Elements in compliance to ISO 9001:2015- Quality, ISO 14001:2015- Environment and ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational Health and Safety. The QHSE Lead will be fully responsible for delivering the quality process support and implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioral practices at all levels during the project duration. What you'll do: Key responsibilities include: Monitor and improve the Quality, Health, Safety & Environment objectives and performance Liaise and coordinate with Project Managers/Location Managers/Service Managers/Service Team Leaders Conduct in-depth investigation for all HSE related incidents Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers Conduct internal QHSE inductions and inspections Plan and lead toolbox talk and QHSE review meetings Visit and attend customer project locations Skills and Experience: Requirements: College/Associate degree in related field or equivalent qualifications Minimum three years of experience in a related field Qualified in NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or NEBOSH Diploma Possession of a valid local Driving License Availability to travel frequently within UAE, Oman & India Knowledge or experience in mechanical or electrical fields Strong people management, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
