Responsibilities: Manage postcontract aspects including cost control valuation and final account settlement for road and infrastructure projects. Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Evaluate and negotiate variations and change orders. Prepare accurate and timely reports on project financials.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 23 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in road and infrastructure projects in the UAE. Strong postcontract management skills.
