Job Description

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements).
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties.
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors if required.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the UAE market including competitive properties, areas, customer demographics and available real estate marketing platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of economic measures and changes that may affect the Market.
  • Thorough understanding of residential and commercial property management methods and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • To be a team player while having the ability to work unsupervised as required.
