Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

McDonald’s is seeking an experienced Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This individual should possess strong communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement - Manage social media channels and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and other online platforms - Monitor online trends and implement best practices for online communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms - Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of online communication efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online communication or social media management - Resourceful and independent with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent negotiation and planning skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience with social media analytics tools and content management systems - Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
