Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Abu Dhabi Media Company is seeking a talented and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As the Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our online social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company's online social media strategy - Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media trends and metrics to optimize strategy - Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns - Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement - Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing - Build relationships with influencers and partners to amplify social media reach - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms - Track and report on social media performance metrics

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - Experience with social media analytics tools - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing
