Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Avnet is seeking a passionate and reliable Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, the Online Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms for the company, creating engaging content, implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement - Create and publish high-quality content across various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for customer comments and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand social media content - Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions - Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Passion for social media and digital marketing - Strong people management skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices - Experience with social media advertising is a plus
