Job Description: Exelon, a leading company in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a PR Associate. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 1 year of experience to further develop their skills and grow within the company. The PR Associate will be responsible for managing public relations activities, including media outreach, press releases, and social media engagement. They will work closely with the PR team to develop and implement communications strategies, monitor media coverage, and track PR metrics.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies in line with the company's objectives - Write and distribute press releases and media pitches - Build and maintain relationships with media contacts - Monitor and analyze media coverage - Coordinate PR events and initiatives - Assist in the management of social media accounts - Support the PR team in various projects and tasks

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in public relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a relevant field - Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to work well under pressure - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
