Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Dubai Islamic Bank. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics - Monitor social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay informed on current events and trends relevant to the industry

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent persuasion and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in social media management tools - Experience with social media analytics and reporting - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - A passion for digital marketing and social media
