Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Social Media Manager to join Berkshire Hathaway in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in social media management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media campaigns to align with company goals and objectives - Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts - Monitor social media analytics to track performance and provide insights - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze data and metrics to optimize performance and ROI - Assist in developing influencer partnerships and collaborations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in social media management - Strong analytical and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of social media platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing
