Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at Principal Financial in Dubai, AE. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: 1. Create and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 2. Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and promote brand awareness. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and insights. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms. 5. Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media marketing. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners. 7. Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner. 8. Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns. 9. Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in social media management or related field. 2. Confident and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and time management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
