Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Monitor social media channels for customer comments and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns and drive results. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage social media channels. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company. - Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
