Job description:

We are currently seeking a confident and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team at State Farm Insurance Cos. in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing the company's presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising budget and optimize performance to achieve desired results - Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders in the industry

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent writing and editing skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Previous experience in social media management is a plus, but not required
