Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and growing our online presence.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website - Create engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms - Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum results - Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3 years of experience in social media management - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent presentation skills - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus
