Job Description Evolvant are lookingfor a driven and tenacious Sales Executive tojoin the sales team in Dubai. The purpose of the role is to play a major part in driving growth in one of the company's strategic offerings by generating and fostering Intelligent Automation consultancy sales globally. This is a full 360 sales andaccount management role responsible for generating profitable revenue for Evolvant in a niche Intelligent Automation market. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial spirit, 'can-do' attitude and ambition to progress their career and earnings based on personal performance. Responsibilities willinclude: ·Working with the CEO to build an effective sales strategy and go to market plan to deliver an annual sales target · Market mapping to identify the market for Intelligent Automation Consulting opportunities ·Effectively selling Evolvant's consulting services to prospective new customers · Working closely with sales colleagues on strategic sales campaigns through technology partners, networking events, social media and other marketing channels ·Alignment with Evolvant's Delivery team in identifying opportunities for the current team of Automation Consultants to deliver services both on customer sites and remotely · Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure · Account management of existing customers to identify new consulting engagements and ensure renewal and up-sell of other Evolvant services ·Potentially building a team aligned to Evolvant's growth plans Requirements · E xperience in technology consulting, staff augmentation or manpower services with a demonstrably successful track record ·Excellent communication skills and theconfidence to keep things simple ·The ability to overcome objections logically and close deals ·Strong attention to detail and ability to use sales tools including CRM systems ·A desire to learn and continuouslyimprove and evolve ·Anaptitude for problem solving using initiative and innovation · Attractive, uncapped commission structure that rewards strong, consistent results with attractive recurring commission scheme ·Autonomy and authority to achieveresults independently ·Opportunity to make a difference in an entrepreneurial technology consulting company ·Employee share option and long term incentive schemes Contact Interested candidates shouldsubmit their application through the portal and rather than a generic coverletter, we would love to hear what makes you a good candidate for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
