Job Description - Sales Executive - with Growth Opportunities

We are searching for a motivated Sales Executive to join our incredible team at Halian in Dubai Dubai

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic salesplans to achieve sales targets and expand the company'scustomer base within the fragrance and packagingindustry.
  • Identify and qualify potential leadsthrough market research, networking, and cold calling to build arobust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conductproduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range offragrance oils and packaging solutions, highlighting their uniquefeatures and benefits.
  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including marketing and productdevelopment, to ensure alignment between customer needs and companyofferings.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, andcontracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintainingcustomer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing supportand account management to existing clients, addressing any issuesor concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for upsellingand cross-selling.
  • Stay informed about industrytrends, competitor activities, and market developments to identifypotential areas for growth andinnovation.
  • Maintain accurate records of salesactivities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRMsoftware.
  • Represent the company at trade shows,conferences, and industry events to promote our brand and buildrelationships within the fragrance and packagingcommunity.
  • Continuously strive to enhanceproduct knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skillsthrough training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree inbusiness, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proventrack record of success in B2B sales, preferably within thefragrance, cosmetics, or packagingindustry.
  • Strong understanding of salesprinciples, techniques, andmethodologies.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trustwith clients at all levels.
  • Highly motivatedself-starter with a proactive and results-orientedmindset.
  • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travelas needed.
