The Sales Lead will build and manage a successful sales team, develop and implement sales strategies and tactics, and work closely with key stakeholders to achieve company goals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.Build and manage a sales team to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business relationships.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet sales targets.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure sales efforts align with overall company objectives.Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Proven experience in building and managing successful sales teams.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
