What You Will Do:

Manage infrastructure for the organization Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure to support our data applications and visualizations Ensure our infrastructure meets the availability, performance, and scalability of our applications Implement monitoring solutions that enable proactive diagnosis and restoration of service when outages occur Ensure the security of our applications and implement security standards for the organization Provide support for developer tools and services and ensure developer productivity Champion DevOps processes to enable continuous integration and deployment Collaborate with the development team to define requirements and design solutions Develop and maintain infrastructure as code, documentation of processes, and systems Manage relationships and procurement processes with vendors that the organization is leveraging

Preferred Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in DevOps or related field Expertise in managing AWS infrastructure and services Familiarity with a range of technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform Familiarity with a range of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Cognito, and Lambda Experience implementing security standards for organizations and hosted applications Experience administering organize-wide tools like Google Workspace or Apple Business
