Shahid is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong background in media and entertainment within the GCC market and a strong interest in Anime and Kids Content.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
• Marketing Strategy Support: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, Paid media, TV....etc, and ensure launches of campaigns as per deadlines.
• Marketing Assets: Keep track of content assets received make sure they are categorized and saved in the relevant folders and make sure the concerned teams are aware of its availability.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and critical metrics to adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Marketing and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements and Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field. Client and/or agency experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and consumer behavior.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Leadership and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable marketing goals.
• Solid understanding of the media & entertainment landscape in MENA.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English & Arabic. (Edit, proofread, and improve Arabic content)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
