Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible tomanage and promote the sales of Oil & gasProducts.

JobResponsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years prior sales experienceselling technical products in industrial markets in the UAEpreferably in Abu Dhabi ideally within oil & gas such aspower generation oil and gas production storage andprocessing.
  • Prequalification of products OEMswith ADNOC group & major oilcompanies.
  • Demonstrated ability to uncoverdevelop and win complex technical projects in a fast paceddemanding environment.
  • Proven track record ofsales growth across sales channels (i.e. end user OEM distributors)with global and national contractors & oilcompanies.
  • Strong history of interfacingdirectly with customers early and often building collaborativerelationships.
  • Technically understand Customersrequirement and provide solution adding value in terms of bettermaintenance higher productivity and processefficiency
  • Present and demonstrate specialtyproduct range and help Customer appreciate the true value ofproducts resulting in businessgeneration
  • Develop new customers and establishnew accounts products and services within the assignedterritory.
  • Demonstrate products services andsolution to potential clients andcustomers.
  • Well versed with projectspecifications and documentations.
  • Negotiateand close sales deals in line with companypolicy.
  • Achieve regular salestargets.

Skills andQualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in (Mechanical/Chemical) Engineering.
  • At least 3 years ofsales experience in UAE countries for industrial products likevalves
  • pipe fittings rotating equipmentsstrainers.
  • Strong track record with deliveringgrowth in both sales and profitability.
  • Strongconnection with client consultants contractors and major oilcompanies.
  • Technical aptitude and stronginterpersonal communication skills to interact with alllevels
  • of engineering and consultantpersonnel.
  • Strong problemsolving ability goodnegotiation and closing skills to drivesales.
  • Strong market analysis capabilities.Able to understand market driverscompetition
  • uncover customer needs and estimatefinancial opportunity.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office and similar application
  • Handson experience on Sales Force & D365 will be anadvantage
  • Having UAE driving license ismust.
